Training sessions under qualified and experienced masters coaches are held at our home pool, the Miami Aquatic Centre, 80 Pacific Avenue, Miami at the following times:

• Tuesday 6-7pm

• Thursday 6-7pm

• Saturday 2.45-4pm

On Saturday between 8-9am there is also a sprint session at the Nerang Aquatic Centre.

Our coaches love new swimmers and members to arrive early to chat with them and meet other swimmers. Cost for members is $4 per session plus pool entry fee.

Our coaches grade swimmers in 5-6 lanes according to speed, fitness, ability, and age so there is always a lane for you. We always have a few healthy snacks and light refreshments after the Saturday afternoon sessions.
