Lindy can you send this on to all attending the States or let me have the list and I will do that.

As you would be aware QSC are hosting the 2021 State Championships 9-11 April. As the host club QSC is required to arrange people to undertake chief timekeeping, check starting, marshall roles. I'm calling out to a few larger clubs hoping they may have members who are accredited chief timekeepers, check starters and marshalls. If you have members who can fill these roles and are available to help out during the meet we'd be most grateful. We will have a roster for each day to ensure people in these roles can compete. There is talk of assigning clubs to lanes for timekeeping however if you have volunteers within your club who like to timekeep they would be most welcome. Please refer members to me, by email email@example.com or phone 0411 038 434. Kind regards Michelle Stonehouse Secretary QSC
